The Global Sim Racing Endurance Championship is making its way to beautiful sunny Southern California for its inaugural run for the 6 Hours of Long Beach, Saturday April 21st. It’s looking to be a sunny warm day, with plenty of cars on track.

In 2017 a record breaking 54 hours separated all LMP and GT teams from the GSREC title for each respective class. As was the case in 2016 with Samkel Racing taking the LMP class honours and South East Coast Racing taking the GT honours, the headlines read the same again last year with both teams retaining their titles.

This weekend sees the first round of the Global Sim Racing GT4 Eurasian Cup and the League’s first foray into Project Cars 2.

The end of the Second World War had left Britain with no major race track but an abundance of airfields. One of these surplus airfields was located outside the village of Silverstone and being roughly in the middle of England was seen as an ideal location to bring back international motor racing to Britain. This week marks the first time the GSREC makes it’s way to the famed British circuit. Not the first time a GSR race has been held at the historical track, but the GSREC administration is excited for the inclusion in this years championship.

Over 1000HP, Over 3,500 foot pounds of torque and over 12,000 pounds in weight.

It was a busy weekend in the world of Global Sim Racing. First up the 4th round of the Global Sim Racing Endurance Championship on Saturday, then Sunday held host to Round 2 of the NASCAR Cup.

17 cars in total took to the grid which after was separated by no less than 1 second, making it quite possibly the tightest ever qualifying result in GSR history.

The Global Sim Racing Formula C series kicked off with round one taking place at Imola in perfect conditions with there being only a few clouds scattered around the track.

Sunday the 2nd of July 2016, sees the first round of the Formula C Global Sim Racing Series, taking place at the famous circuit of Imola. With these cars being a Formula 3 type car with a focus on cornering grip, these cars are certainly a lot of fun to drive in the dry with hot sticky slick tyres.

It was a busy weekend for the league, and new members, with 2 level 1 series running this weekend.

8.4 miles, 38 turns, 180+ mph in a GT3 car, 200+ mph in a LMP car. 12 hours of non-stop, full throttle racing, testing man and machine to the brink.

Round 2 of the MX-5 Cup Season 2 was just as exciting as the first. A lot of racing incidents culminating into late race battles.

This weekend will see the 1970 GSR Formula One World Championship roll into the fast famous circuit of Monza for the 6th round of the series.

24 cars arrived today at the iconic Laguna Seca circuit for the first two races of the first round of the Global Sim Racing Mazda MX-5 Cup.  

This weekend sees the first round of the second season of the Global Sim Racing Mazda MX-5 Cup. With 23 competitors signed up and a number of those being championship runners in other series within the GSR organiziation, it is looking to be a very closely fought series. 

The 2016 Sebring 6 hour brought out the competition, both on the track and the environment.
