No series can ever get full. You just missed the point of signing up. You can race and will be manually added to the standings after the race.

I have a practice lobby open, however I don't think anybody can join thanks to the latest update. For whatever reason, private lobbies now require invites and those can only be sent when waiting in the menus before the room launches. Well just have to back out before the race I guess.

It was stable for most people I believe, I was having bad surging issues though.
