Project CARS 125c Karting Championship
Saturday 06/25, we had the Kart series in Project Cars. The races were in the dry. Race 1 saw a fierce battle with Murphy’s and Samson battling for first place. First would ultimately go to Samson for Race 1 of the day. Race 2 would see an early battle up front, but ultimately Majong would take P1.
In 6 races we've had 6 different winners; with the top 4 drivers in the championship (Samson, Dakinca, Bullitt and BCK) separated by just 12 points!
Rounds 7 & 8 are July 16th at Glencairn!

Forza Motorsport Mazda MX-5 Cup
Sunday brought the always lively Mazda MX-5 Cup at Road America. Race 1 had 17 drivers that showed up. As is the norm, the first couple of turns proved exciting with a few racing incidents. After that, things settled a bit. In Race 1, Nightmare got p1, with Insayne in p2, and Mission in p3.
Race 2 proved to be equally eventful with the first racing incident occurring before turn 1, involving the SamKel boys, and GRD. Check the highlights below for these shenanigans.
19 people showed up to race 2. With so many people on the track, battles were had throughout the grid, and throughout the race. A few packs were making things exciting up at the front, while towards the back, the sam was happening. The final results saw the MBI boys up front. Nightmare was once again in p1, followed by Insayne, and GRD who was able to push through that early race incident for a podium.
Next we head to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway on July 17th!

67I was trying to back myself out of the threesome but it did not happen fast enough.
Note to self: do not stick your thing in tight spaces and if you are going to pull out, do it quickly.

56I also tried to avoid the race 1 incident, but got hit from behind (that's what she said...) and ended up with major damage to the front right suspension. Shame.
